Danielle Burrell Clark, AIA is an alumna of the University of Utah (BSAS 2007; M.Arch 2009) and native to Salt Lake City. She is currently teaching as an Associate Instructor at the School of Architecture. Danielle is a practicing Architect at Blackbox Design Studios where her experience ranges from high-end private residences and multi-family residential developments to light commercial projects. Her passion for nature is a constant inspiration to her design methodology, and she strives to create spaces that are beautiful and healthy for the end user. Her favorite aspect of the design process is the combination of critical ‘left-brain’ thinking and the ‘right-brain’ pursuit of aesthetically pleasing compositions and proportions. Beyond architecture, Danielle enjoys time spent outside and dabbling in hobbies such as sourdough baking and playing guitar.
