Shalae A. Larsen, ASLA, PLA is an award-winning licensed landscape architect, and emerging urban designer who is working toward interdisciplinary design integration with a focus on the ecology, sustainability, and vibrancy of the urban landscape. With an undergraduate degree in landscape architecture and professional graduate degree in architecture, Ms. Larsen works to integrate these fields of practice adding depth to each area of expertise. Her project experience and strengths focus on an understanding of regional ecosystems and the integration of ecological principals into built systems that utilize the dynamics of nature as a fundamental design element.
