The University of Utah School of Architecture faculty, Associate Professor Timothy O. Adekunle co-authored a peer-reviewed journal article in Buildings. The study focuses on the impacts of urban configurations on outdoor thermal perceptions and discusses case studies of Flat Bandar Tasik Selatan and Surya Magna in Kuala Lumpur.
The research evaluates the impacts of urban configurations on thermal perceptions in outdoor spaces. The publication is a collaborative research project between Dr. Adekunle from the University of Utah School of Architecture, Dr. Lin Yola from the Urban Studies Department at the University of Indonesia, and Dr. Olutobi Ayegbusi from the Faculty of Built Environment at Linton University College, Malaysia.
