The Engineering News Record (ENR) recognized winners of the 2024 Mountain States Best Projects competition across a seven-state region that includes Utah, Idaho, Montana, Colorado, Wyoming and the Dakotas. Io LandArch’s Dumke and Corner Plaza projects in Ogden were selected for a Best Project Award in the Landscape/Urban Development category. Rooted in the community’s vision for the space, Dumke Arts Plaza is a major step forward in Ogden’s ongoing efforts to weave art into the daily experience and to create an environment where artists and other creatives can thrive. As Ogden’s gateway to the Nine Rails Creative District, the Corner Plaza serves as the information center for the city’s arts and culture attractions, and was designed to draw people in and then disperse them through the site and into other parts of the creative district.
